First Time Customers’ Registration

If this is your first visit to Schoolstop, you will need to register. If you are already a member, you just need to login [see the section called Existing Customers’ Login].

Registration provides Schoolstop with basic customer contact information. This process also establishes a password to protect your privacy. This ensures that no one else can access your account information. Schoolstop does not record any of your credit card details in its database.

To register, you must first decide whether to register with a school, or with a participating retailer. If your school is participating, you should register with them, rather than with a retailer, because in this way your school will receive any rebates offered by that retailer. If you register direct with the retailer, the school will miss out.To register with a school, click on Find your School on the Shopping Menu.

If your school is not participating, you can register directly with a Schoolstop Specialist Retailer, and still take advantage of the ‘one-stop school shop’ experience. If you wish to register with a retailer, click on Find a Shop on the Shopping Menu.

Existing Customers' Login

Once registered, you can start a new Schoolstop shopping session by entering your username and password. You can do this in two places, either:

  • at the top right-hand corner of the page, where you must;
    • enter your username and password in the boxes
    • click Login.

  • OR:

  • by clicking Login on the Shopping Menu. This takes you to the Login page, where you can perform the same steps.

When your login is accepted, Schoolstop will transfer you to the shopping pages. If your login is not accepted, please re-enter the login details and try again. If you forget your password, click Lost Password and we will email your password to your registered email address.

Note: Schoolstop passwords are case sensitive so check that your Caps Lock is set correctly.
